La Croix-inspired Art Gallery | Event Recap

Last December over 1,500 people lined up to experience the tiny apartment gallery called the "Food Art Gallery" in Seattle. The gallery lasted for about 2 hours and La Croix and art lovers got to mingle amongst each other while sipping on La Croix-inspired cocktails.

The artist Genevieve St. Charles showcased her idea of "Live La Croix" through a multitude of La Croix-inspired pieces made from 1/2-inch plywood and with a high shine gloss finish.

Each La Croix piece incorporated names that Genevieve thought were relevant to the millennial generation, “I wanted to create bite-sized art pieces that embody pop culture and cause an emotional connection. With the La Croix can paintings, I was simultaneously embracing and poking fun at millennial culture with flavors like "Post-Bowie World," "5-Year Plan," and "Deleted Tinder." Using La Croix as a vessel for these concepts really resonated with people.” Charles said.

There was also the chance for attendees to join the "La Croix culture" by snapping selfies in front of a giant Pamplemousse designed backdrop. The event was such a bubbly success that the artist hopes to plan another sometime this year!
